Movement for Feeling is an exploration of the body through slow guided movement.
Guided instructions provide a framework to explore and better understand your patterns—both in how you move and in how you feel. The practice invites you to discover ways of moving with greater freedom, ease, and pleasure, while also deepening your awareness of your emotional experience, bringing together movement and feelings.
Through slow exploration of movement patterns, sensations and feelings are gently invited into the body. Repetition and softness create a space where emotions can emerge naturally and begin to support the movement.
This approach encourages a subtle dialogue between body and emotion, allowing movement to become both expressive and transformative.
